Who We Are
We are a professional full service accounting firm
in South Florida serving widely diversified businesses
and individuals. Our services are tailored to the needs of
each client, from small to mid-size businesses, non-profit
organizations and to individuals who need tax and estate
planning.
Fresh ideas, new perspectives and technical expertise save
our clients thousands of dollars and a lot of worry. All
client matters are handled in strictest confidentiality with
the highest ethical standards.
What We Do
As a full service accounting firm, we provide tax, accounting and auditing services. We also work very closely with our clients as a trusted advisor and have established many relationships with trusted third parties in other service areas such as:

We believe in working with the specialist that we recommend to ensure that our clients receive the best possible advice and service. We are happy to attend meetings, review recommendations and discuss alternatives.
Our partners have varied experiences, some have been with the "Big Four" accounting firms and with public companies and thus have valuable insights that many small firms cannot provide. We can assist young public companies with CFO outsourcing, SEC Compliance and with audit preparation. Our partners have been involved in many entrepreneurial pursuits and are adept at writing business plans and have relationships with individuals and companies with access to capital markets.
We encourage the use of technology to limit errors
and improve efficiency in all aspects of our
accounting practice. We have a state of the art facility
that utilizes the latest in tax and accounting
software. We also encourage electronic filing,
which we believe reduces input errors by the IRS. We also
promote the use of an electronic tax organizer which we send
out annually to our existing clients. The electronic
organizer, if properly completed, reduces errors by
our staff and allows us to keep our fees reasonable by
allowing us to focus on the critical tax issues of our
clients.
What We Value
At Koutoulas & Relis, LLC, we believe that integrity
is the foundation of our public accounting practice. We
believe integrity is what makes great professionals and
we sometimes have to make difficult choices about
accepting or continuing engagements; in more cases, our
professional integrity helps clients understand and correct
compliance issues. We are proud of successfully completing
our AICPA Peer review for the year ended November 30, 2007
without comment.
